Application Check list

A complete application consists of the following:
► 2008 ASC Application
► Background Investigation Consent Form
► Medical History Form
► 2008 Reference Form
► High School transcript
► College transcript
► Upon acceptance: Final College Transcript

Deadline

Priority placement is given to applications received by January 31, but we will consider applications on a rolling basis through April.

Interviews are scheduled within three weeks of receiving a complete and qualified application. Applicants who live or study outside of St. Louis may wish to submit their application by early December to schedule an interview during Christmas break.
